Silvana Capaldi
Before joining Aberdeen, Silvana owned and operated Ispirare Group, a business consultancy firm. Leveraging many years of experience guiding business owners through growth initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and, ultimately, maximum-value strategies, Silvana hopes to continue helping business owners and their organizations reach success in relation to their goals and objectives.
Silvana is a bilingual and bicultural citizen of the United States, Canada, and Italy. She is a founding chair of AM&AA Tampa Bay Chapter, Board of Trustees HCA Hospital, Tampa, FL, and an incoming Chair for FICPA Foundation. Outside of her commitment to business owners and the community, Silvana loves cooking, especially teaching the art of making pasta to her guests. She is committed to being a lifetime learner through reading, enjoys biking, and is a passionate tennis and golf player.
