Hank has spent the majority of his career as a successful CEO and business owner generating over $300 million in value for his shareholders. Hank was CEO of a public company (Onvia) and was an operating executive for two private equity funds (The Jordan Company and Prospect Partners). As a business owner and CEO, Hank identified, negotiated, and integrated 15 acquisitions across a variety of industries.

Hank joined the Aberdeen team in 2017. Today he focuses on strategizing and executing a successful exit for business owners across a wide range of industries – including manufacturing, services, health care, technology, and distribution for businesses with annual revenue between $10 and $100 million. Hank’s experience as a business owner and CEO helps him understand the importance of helping his clients receive maximum value for their business in a successful transition of ownership. Hank and his wife Maria relocated to St Petersburg Florida from Seattle, Washington in 2017. Their two grown children, Jason and Jennifer, live in Fort Lauderdale and Chicago respectively.  In his spare time, Hank enjoys reading, bicycling and hiking.
