- Owner was seeking liquidity and a culturally aligned partner with the financial resources to expand the Company’s presence across multiple geographies, both organically and through acquisitions
Result
- Aberdeen Advisors identified a Tampa-based family office that would be a strong potential partner given ADS’s transaction objectives
- The family office, the Clearwell Group presented the ADS owner with a strong offer that met the owner’s valuation expectations, terms and conditions, and long-term expansion plans for the Company
- Because of Aberdeen’s ability to find the right buyer for ADS so quickly, the entire process from initial engagement to closing only took 4 months
