- Owner was seeking some liquidity and a long term strategic partner to help fund the next phase of the Company’s growth plan

- Aberdeen Advisors negotiated offers from strategic partners, private equity firms, and family offices before ownership made the decision to partner with a family office that made the strategic and financial commitment to buy and build a national platform of roofing companies
- The Company’s owner entered into an agreement with the buyer which included a significant liquidity event, an ongoing executive position, and an equity stake in the buyer’s national platform
